Terms of Service for Online Tutors Platform.

These 'Terms' rule your participation in our platform.

Tutors/Teachers MUST register with correct details and must send images of valid documents. Our vetting programme is set in place to protect students and parents of young learners who use our system. Any fake or suspicious documents will result in account suspension. Any illegal activity will be reported to local authorities in the country of residence.

Tutors/Teachers MUST NOT spam clients or send any other form of advertising not connected with ourselves. Tutors/Teachers must not try to sell goods or services NOT CONNECTED with our platform.

Tutors/Teachers MUST NOT try to steal customers from us and refer them to other platforms.

Tutors/Teachers MUST NOT swear or use bad language in lessons, particularly with under 18s (eighteen years old). All lessons should be kept clean, no adult material must be shared with students or conversations about religion or race or colour or anything else that might cause offence.

Tutors/Teachers must contact us first if there any issues with payment processors. If a dispute is filed without contacting us first this can cause problems, and your account maybe put on hold until we investigate the situation..

Any Tutors/Teachers found to be breaking these terms of service will have their account suspended until any situation has been cleared up or investigated by our admin staff. Any suspended accounts will not be able to claim any money left in their accounts.
